Did you know?
Babies show several cues in readiness for breastfeeding. Tuning in to your
babys cues will make your feeding more successful and satisfying for both
your babies and for you. Your baby does not have to cry to let you know he is
hungry. Crying is the last hunger cue.
- Awakening
- Soft sounds
- Mouthing (licking lips, sticking tongue out, licking lips)
- Rooting towards the breast (turning the head and opening the mouth)
- Hand to mouth activity
- Crying beginning softly and gradually growing in intensity
Try to catch your baby signals early in the cycle of feeding cues and begin
breastfeeding.

After nine months of pregnancy, little is more miserable than lingering past your due date. Your feet hurt, your back hurts, and you want to see your baby, not just feel your baby.
The good news is that inducing labor naturally is quite easy. You can take control and help to get your labor started. While there are numerous natural methods to kick start your contractions, none are as effective as acupressure to induce labor.
Note:
**Please consult your doctor or midwife before attempting. **
